Extremely disappointed in TERRIBLE service - Telkom

They should get NO star at all. I have been trying to cancel my contract with them since last year NOV. I've been actively trying for the last week (on their social platform) to get it cancelled. Everytime they tell me to fill in a cancellation form(which I did 3 times already) I can't even speak to a physical person cause apparently they only correspond via email, social platform or some system Why can't they just cancel as I am so unhappy about their service and terrible internet connection.
