Extremely Bad Sevice

Telkom is a disgrace. Our landline has been changed without notification in August 2019 to a wireless Smart Voice 100 and today we have not received the device that goes along with it. We have been trying for the past 2 weeks to get this sorted but we have been sent from pillar to post. This is the incompetence we have to deal with and they expect to keep their clients.
