EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE TELKOM

<p>We are a company Situated in Blackheath. Since the 15 January 2018 we are without telephone lines and internet from Telkom. After numerous phone calls to 10210 and 10217 we were told our lines have been ******. Up till today we still do not have telkom lines or internet. The customer service department does not work. Everyday you phone them you speak to a different person and get a different answer. I still not have an answer. Eventually we got a telkom phone line , wow, but we have a another companies phone line. Still not fixed after numerous calls. This is the worst service i have ever got from any supplier. I have numerous times ask customer service for a technichian to phone us. Our telepone numbers are ********** 629 landline ********** 646.</p>
