Extremely bad service provider

The worst service provider, they outlets don’t accept payments one has to queue at there certified payment “shops” which are busy at time, the company is not even care about its image as there is no one if the online or rather at working from home agent cares about customer complaints, even the survey at the end of the de call is set to only accept good rating. Forget about their website and online payments they don’t work.
