Extremely bad service, or no service
My previous report dated 30 June 2015 refers. We have logged a call on 24 June 2015 regarding a faulty telephone line. Telkom responded on HelloPeter with a reference number of SM121774. The call centre also called indicating that my complaint will be \escalated"- escalated to who!!!!! Then"
