Extremely Bad Service Horrible even Terrible

its a Monday and I have been calling Telkom to cancel my contract as I have completed to pay it back now everyone that is answering the phone is sending from one department to the next its like Horror Movie nje.

May I please cancel my contract with Telkom I don`t owe anything its done I don`t need any new phone or data or anything please I can be reach on this number *** .

The level of service at Telkom its so bad in a way like you are watching a Horror Movie.
