extremely bad service from telkom , if useless was a person, it would be telkom

i recently did a migration from adsl to lte the product was delivered after 2 month, upon trying to get the lte to work , i was informed the call needed to be closed

i called telkom 10212, 10213 over 10 times reference number ***9

to date 2 weeks later the service i subscribed for does not work

all because some individual at telkom wont close the call

i doubt telkom will last very long in SA
