EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I have lodge a complaint with Telkom about my very slow internet service on 5th November 2019 . It was confirmed that there is an error and it would be sorted within 48 hours but to no avail . After numerous calls and emails the problem has still not been resolved . Prior to that my internet was off for the better part of 2019 and i also had endless problems to be reconnected .I have reported it to the : *** on the 7 January 2020 but nothing has been resolved. I am paying my account as not to have a bad credit reflection on my name . The service is unacceptable and appalling from the call center staff to the managers . They don't know what they are doing , take no responsibility and keep you hanging on for hours and then to be cut off . I am at wits end with Telkom as i don't know who to report anymore . I cant even give them a rating as they are of no use. I am seriously considering taking my business away from them
