Extremely Bad Service

On April 2019 a guy from mobile Telkom called me selling the contact mobile phone online, he went through all the process which he said it was recorded. The phone he was selling for me was the Samsung S-9 of which he said i would pay R99. 00 per month in 24 months. I then agreed that I will take the phone for contract. On 29 April 2019, the other guy from telkom as he said called me seeking my location in order to deliver the phone i contracted, i gave him my location of course which was Mkhwani Guest House where i was accommodated by my organisation the task that I was doing at that time. The two guys arrived to me at Mkhwani Guest house with time differences of about 3-5 minutes. The guy who arrived first gave me a mobile contract form to complete and also demanded a copy of my scanned ID document, a proof of Residential address and a py slip. The guy was pressuring me to quickly complete and sign the said form as he was claiming that it was getting late he also wanted to deliver the parcel elsewhere, as he arrived before 1700 hours. He also gave me the parcel which was in the plastic bag. In the process while I was completing the contract phone the second guy also from telkom entered with the plastic bag similar to the one i received from the first guy. It was then I asked from the first guy whether what was on the plastic bag? he said it is a phone with its charger and a sim card, i then asked the second guy what was he there to deliver? He said sim card, i asked how yet there's sim card in the first parcel as I was told, I confirmed whether was issued two for the phone he said yes. After i completed and signed the first mobile contract form, the guy who came first left immediately and the second guy also gave me the contract form to complete which had similar content with the first one. Both of these Telekom guys never explained to me the terms and conditions that were contained on the content of the forms, though i noticed that it was stated that they must explain for the client. I even asked whether will they leave without explaining to me. The second guy also immediately left after i completed and signed the contract forms. I never opened the parcels in their presence. I started to open the parcel when the second Telekom guy was moving out of the door, and i discovered that the Samsung S-9 we agreed upon with the guy that was selling me online was not in the parcel delivered. Instead Hisense U962 was delivered. When i followed the two Telekom guys as the second guy went out of the, i saw their vehicle turning at the conner of the house which was about 100 meters where i was and i also noticed that the guys were driving in one vehicle but though they came in the guest house with different timings of 3-5 minutes, that raised my concerns. On the 15 of May 2019 the first deduction of the wrong phone which was delivered to me started. The deduction is about R159. 00 monthly which I never agreed online with mobile Telkom. It is also a deduction for Hisense U962 which i never wanted or made an agreement online with the person that was selling for me online. On July 2019 i went to one of the telkom shops at East Gate mall in Kensington to report this case. It was said the case is opened which it will allow mobile Telkom members to come to me and deliver the correct phone which is Samsung S-9 and collect their Hisense phone. It never happened. In short I went more than thrice in Telekom reporting the same case getting different case numbers, being told to call numbers given which never helped with any thing. I even threatened of opening a case for telkom in police station besides of the cases i had been opening to Telekom. To summarise the whole story. The phone that was delivered to me by telkom it's not the phone i wanted or agreed upon online with the person that was spelling for me, in that i would also suggest that on investigating that recording of April 2019 must be listed at in order to get truth in this matter. I want to put it clear that i never utilise that Hisense phone that was wrongfully delivered to me by mobile Telkom, I just kept it in those plastics they gave it with since April 2019. I want to put it clear that I am still paying monthly installment to Telkom the amount of about R159. 00 though the agreement was R99. 00 for Samsung S-9 which was never delivered. I also want to state that even if the two telkom guys who delivered the phone and sim cards made me to sign the mobile contract forms for the parcels that they never opened and showed to me and never explained the contract forms contents as it was suggested on the forms, they did not follow the correct procedure or process to sell or deliver for the customer. There was injustice throughout the whole process. I will be glad if Telekom returns with immediate effect all the installments I have paid for the device that I have never utilised and I never wanted, and telkom to pay for the interest of my that they have been deducting since April 2019 until current. Telkom to pay for the storage of their device that they kept in my house without my will yet i had been telling them to collect their phone. Telkom to pay all my fuel expenditure and time waisted going to their shops since July 2019, record my visits telkom have it in their system and the record of time spent phoning for help in their offices. The emotional abuse caused by telkom to me talking with their employees who were helpless to me up until now. If i have a way I would take Telkom to the court of law, the way I feel emotionally abuse, undermined by the company after I reported my case so many times. I was even thinking to submit my case to EFF which seems to be helping when people are undermined or discriminated. Instead of getting i still get some calls of other people from telkom (Cape Town in particular) who are trying to sell me online other phone, referring to the current problem I have that it will be rectified by getting another better phone and I will better, and the person talks laughing of my challenge saying he is monitoring the system he follows my challenge but I should take another phone. All that gives me a heart break as it feels that I am seen as a victim of telkom by those who are doing it.
