Extremely BAD service!!!!!

I've logged 2 calls and we are still waiting for Telkom to contact us. Our internet is unstable to non existing. Above all of this, Telkom increased our monthly installment from R800 to just over R1000, without giving us any notice or explanation. We're extremely dissatisfied with their non existing service. We will definitely go to another service provider. It can not go on like this!!!
