Extremely bad service by Telkom

Telkom Mobile have a bad service, when it comes to debiting the contract amount, and after paying them they always block my line and handover my account to collection, I am extremely disappointed with their services,

I need this to be resolved because they told me that if the account is paid manually, they don't debit going forward, what a madness for such a big company.
