Extremely bad service and rude sales attendent

<p>I bought a be iPhone 6 Plus from telkom on Sunday 16 July on Monday 17 July the phone couldn't switch on I took back to the store and the sale attendant told me there is nothing they can do they have to book it in for repairs like how do u repair the phone that doesn't even have 24 hours ? Ok fine till date I haven't received any feedback on my phone and they are obviously going to debit my account this month for what ?</p>
