extremely bad service

Our company has over 25 business lines with Telkom ,of which we struggle daily with managing our lines through the call centre and branches .about a month ago we requested from the call centre to get out business name changes on all lines ,we where advised to go to a Telkom store as the call centre has no access for this kind of service ,on the week of the 6th of June we visited the store in clear water ,did all the paper work ,requested for a telephone number where we can follow up on the request and was told that theres no direct number we can email .I have been emailing the lady responsible to action this request and till date have received no positive response ,just once when I sent out a very disturbing email to her ,we still have not received an update on our request,and as per the call centre the name change has not been done .The company pays a lot of money for the service we get from Telkom,and theres no value for our money .we need tis name change to be done ,it was mentioned that its urgent from the time we requested ,but we feel like no one is taking our service into consideration.This bad service is unacceptable .This brings us no joy and having to always confirm which name we calling for ,its frustrating and prolongs the call .please sort this out with MPHO at Telkom Clearwater
