Extremely Bad Service
I would like to report extremely service from Telkom Wonder park as well as Telkom Montana. We changed our prepaid lime to contract and was informed that it would take 24-48 hours so that we can change it again to ADSL line for our wifi connection. We are still waiting for the switch to be made to contract. When my dad visited these 2branches again today they informed Jim that they won't be able to help him as it's till in progress. How long does this take as its very unprofessional to tell a pensioner that u cannot assist him.
I mean seriously. Please call my dad urgently and sort this out.
