Extremely bad experience so far with TelkomSA

I absolute Hate this network. They are absolute *****s. Pathetic customer service from Olwethu Diale. Non-disclosure is the motto they live by. Asked for the amounts i owe them, i know exactly how much I owe them and still they give me an exaggerated amount. And when i mentioned the correct figures not 1 apology from them. 1st attempt to find out whats going on, again nothing disclosed as to the debit that took place regarding amounts owed.

I can go on and on. All the calls are recorded so you, head of telkom reading this may well dig into this.

I have a vodacom sim as well. I buy 5gigs of data is lasts roughly 4weeks (a month) i buy 1gig frol telkom (mo'nice) its lasts roughly 2 days. Nee dis ***! I sincerely hope alot of people see this side of Telkom. Besides the fact that coverage is limited. I battled countless days just to figure out why prices online varies to prices in shops.
