Extremely bad customer service at Telkom adminplus

I logged a claim for my device about 2months ago and all i get from the claims department it that they have sent it to the claim handler. The claim handler Ayanda Luvuyo is totally ignoring by emails. In meantime i am paying insurance for a device i dont have. The unprofessionalism is at another level .Dr Human-Hendricks
