Extremely bad Customer service

I called CS to speak to them about my service. Selected the Zulu prompt. Got a non-Zulu speaker. Who abruptly Rolston me he will transfer me to a Zulu consultant if I continue. This guys name is Tshepiso. When I continued in English I'd hv little Zulu words and so he kept telling me he will transfer me if I continue with an undermining tone. I then asked to be transferred to one. Only for him to send me to another non-Zulu speak a lady this time. I gave her my case number because I've had service issues for a while now. She took down the Case number put me on hold for 28mins then cut the call. This I extremely terrible service. I ended my home wifi contract with MTN over service like this. Service like this needs to be taken up with the consumer co.plaints commission because there's no way that these cellphone service companies 😑 have such bad service. I'm extremely disappointed with Telkom because I've never experienced this before with em.
