Extremely bad customer service

3 months ago we received a call from telkom agent to inform us that they were gonna deliver a cortles landline phone, whn i call to follow up ive been sent from pilar to post. The next thing they suspend the line when i call and inquire they tell me i was supposed to jave the cortless phone, how can we have the phone if they have not delivered. Yesterday i went to Telkom shop at maponya and was helped by a lady called Dorothy now she is telling me that our line has been cancelled. I mean how can they cancell our line when they are the ones who were supposed to deliver a phone, we have had that line since 1983, where is loyalty really now.
