Extremely arrogant call centre person (agent)

One of your tele people, not even going to call them an agent or consultant, is extremely rude and arrogant. Khalid Mohammed is one of those employees Telkom 100% does not need. He could not even give a ref number for the call, only his name. I was **** too on the phone and given zero help in terms of what i wanted to sort out,. I sincerely expect a call from his manager to sort out this issue, and some extra training for Khalid is certainly needed! His arrogance needs to be curbed and curtailed and possibly brought back down a few notches in life! Just remember, you only a call centre person! Telkom, you like the gift that never keeps on giving!
