Extremely annoyed by Telkom

I really don't understand the type of business Telkom is running,got a new deal a day after I received the package I tried to cancel it since they said I have 7 days to make up my mind, I tell you today I am still trying to get hold of Telkom no one is answering thier calls,no one is responding to any queries, they tell you to send email to *** try that you will get a blank email ,to date I am still trying to cancel this nonsense with no luck,the next thing they will debit my account for no reason. !!!!! Extremely annoyed by Telkom never to deal with this loosers again. It seems as if their sales team is the only one working to issue out contracts after that you on your own weather your devise is faulty or anything you can't find Telkom.
