Extremely angry

I am very ****ed at this moment ,my husband bought phones our contract has been closed for 2months but you guys are deducting and sometimes you even deduct incorrect amounts hence now I have this proud ,I've heard about telkom and your poor service but decided to give you the benefit of the doubt . I am extremely disappointed and annoyed .Please bring back our money since I am not receiving the promised service . I will also be taking this to social media maybe you will take it seriously . I need my contract opened asap
