Extreme poor service from Telkom

I app**** for two contracts with Telkom simply because I was not getting a response on the first one. The first application I completed on the 08 of May 2020 and they only called me later on and the sales consulted that called me never finished the consultation because they could not get my actual address on there system. The second deal I app**** for on the 01 of June 2020 and I only received an email on the day that I had processed the the application and then I just received an email simply saying that my parcel will be delivered in 7 days when I did call CredicoSA about this they told me that Telkom has a back log and one had to wait. Do you understand that it is almost a month of waiting and no proper communication. This is such poor service.
