Extreamly Bad Customer Service

What a load of @*!#. Went into store to find out about a debit on my mother in laws bank account. My husband does have full authority to do his mom's business for her, seeing that she has Alzheimers, with a duly authorized letter stating the fact. Only to be told that that is not the way that Telkom does business. They MUST have her signature on a paper and then, maybe then, they can see if they can help. @*!#, maybe they would like to try and explain to someone with Alzheimers why they must now sign a paper. It is inhuman to do that to someone with Alzheimers, fustrating everybody
