Extre Extra, Charges, even if you cancel, or leave the country !

<p>I'm not sure whether its a lack of ambition that "drives" telkom staff, or an attitude comprised of non-chalance. </p> <p> </p> <p>So in November, My In-Laws moved to Veneuzela, which, give or take a Kilometer is 10 801.73 Kms away from their previous residence.</p> <p> </p> <p>November to April marks about 4months and a few days. A cancellation was sent to Telkom in November, YET, disgustingly so, we find a letter, from Telkom, with a bill for a line that shouldve been cancelled already and notice for legal actions. </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT THE HELL. Does Telkom charge the dead too ???</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get your act together. We ARE NOT PAYING A CENT AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO DO SO.</p> <p> </p> <p>IN THIS REVIEW FIND THE NECESSARY REFERRENCES ATTACHED AND ESCALATE THE MATTER.</p> <p> </p>
