Extras promised but not delivered

I ordered the following package from Telkom. For a limited time only, we will be doubling your standard anytime and night surfer data. If you sign up online for our 50GB or 100GB SmartBroadband packages we will include an Android TV Media Box absolutely free for the first 1000 customers. 100GB Anytime data 100GB Night Surfer data (Midnight – 7am) Includes Android TV Media Box Subscribers need to link a secondary mobile device to their plan via their My Telkom Mobile account in-order to consume the free WiFi bundle Out of bundle rate for data: R0.29 per MB Free SIM & Connection (available with a device only) LTE WiFi Router included with 24-month contract

The call centre confirmed when I ordered that they will be delivering it WITH the Android TV Media Box. When it arrives this morning. No Android TV Media Box was included. When I call the call centre nobody can tell me whats going on. Im seriously disappointed in the service and would still like to know where my Android TV Media Box is
