Extras promised but not delivered

Signed up online to upgrade my ADSL to fiber. Advert stated I would receive a free Range Extender, an Android TV Media Box and TO mobile data (2gb pm).

The line was installed but none of the extras listed in the advert were provided. Calls and e-mails to Telkom have not yielded any results.
