Extra unwanted items added to account

With regard to ref no ********** 7: Nolundi at billing dept on 18 April 2018 said that they would be logging my dispute around extra items on my account with a view to refund the incorrectly billed items. NOTHING has happened so. With regard to ref no ********** 33A: Ntombunkulu at the sales dept said that all the items that were added to my account would be stopped when I contacted her an 18 April 2018. The items are still added to my account and I am being charged for them. The items are: Closer CallCatcher and Telkom Evening W/Ender Plan. I dont even have a handset for the line so will never use them. I use the line for ADSL only and I have never given permission for the items to be added to my package. Should this not be resolved amicably by the end of June 2018, I will be terminating my account with Telkom.. Customers of Telkom please be aware of the extra things that get added to your account without your knowledge or permission!
