Extra unnessary charges

in the 2014 feb they cancelled my contract without my approval. and they charged me 400 rand activation fee. that i paid first time.as per me they suppose to charge me only for usage but, they charged me one full installment. because they reinstate my contract in march 2014 they saying my contract is going to finish in march.but my contract must end nov 2015.please help me out about the issue.because as per them i am going to pay extra 3 month money what i suppse to not pay.
