Extra charges for whats app calls

<p>I called Telkom customer service to report that they were charging me for what's app calls which are supposed to be charged from my free social media data . I still cannot access my free wifi data . No one from telkom has contacted me I was just told that the matter is under investigation but it's been over a month</p>
