******ion and abuse of contract

Telkom suspended my account due to non-payment five months ago. I have been unable to receive calls on that number or anything. Then Nu-debts sends me an account of R1530 which I paid. Now Telkom send a new invoice of R2000 for all 5 months. I did not get a service or access to my subscription for 6 months now but I must still pay. I am am obligated to pay for all the months then they should have allowed me to at least receive the calls. I am basically expected to pay for nothing, thin air.
