External Antenna

<p>I got a contract for uncapped LTE internet at Telkom on July 2016. Included on the contract was an external antenna to improve signal if signal is bad. After no response for long time i went into a telkom store where they said they did not have correct details. I gave it to them and then a representative called me and gave me details to which email address to use for them to come and install it. I got a read receipt but no response from them. I then send an email 4 follow up emails with no response. It s now going for alost a year with no resonse for getting the antenna installed.</p>
