Extermely poor Internet Speeds

Internet bought in a package of a Huwai 5G modem with 120G data per month, all went well till Telkom changes their tower providers from MTN to Vodakom. I could have just as well stayed without internet I cannot download anything download speeds vary from nothing to 9 mbps not close to what I was promised and upload speed get to 1,6 Mbps if we are luckey
