EXREMELY DISSPOINTED WITH TELKOM!

I am so disappointed with Telkom! I have been struggling with their internet for over a week now! Everyone is tossing me around, no one is telling me anything constructive about when this problem will be sorted! I am really regretting taking out a contract with them! I expected more from them!
