Explotation

Telkom bills my payment when they feel like it and they do not care where the funds come from. Our contractual agreement was for the 25th of every month, then telkom started debiting on the wrong date and I called in to advise they shoulddebit as per the contractual date, next thing I am being debited on the wrong date again even when I transfer the funds through to them they go on and debit on the incorrect date. They had stopped debiting for the past three months and I was paying myself and next thing a debit was made on the wrong date when I have paid and not in arrears🤯🤯🤯😵😠😠😠😤. Last time they did this they never bothered to refund me.
