Explora Promotion STILL not delivered since Apri!!

I upgraded my Telkom package in April to receive the promotional item, a DSTV Explora. The line was upgraded by I never received the Explora box set. After several contacts the call center without success they told me they where out of stock and did not know when they would get again. They eventually said I need contact a local store to see if they had any. I did so at the Fourways branch. They did not have any but the manager, Mario Osiecki, contacted the regional supervisors to see if they could assist in finding stock at a different branch. This was also unsuccessful. He then gave me the details of a one Tozama Nsofwa to may be able to assist but I have not been able to reach him - NOR SHOULD I HAVE TO!!!<br> <br> I need someone to contact me ASAP to resolve this issue as it has been almost 5 months with no progress.<br>
