Telkom is the worst service provider ever. My mom's house phone bill is sky high because of an old number which i don't understand how the person that was supposed to resolve this issue is ignoring my emails. However we are also for services that are not in use. the charger is not working i went to the branches no one knows about the chargers how come you don't know anything about your company. I went to the Cradlestone mall branch. I was told that my mom my open a new account how come because we need a new charger or a new phone why are we being told to open a new account for a new phone *****ulent acts are you dealing with
