Explain your self Telkom

I had an account with Telkom month to month LTE sim card which was paying R400 monthly. I didn't pay one month and it was disconnected which am fine with and was owning them R 400 now The say i owe R6000 and cant explain how because my sim was month to month and service was disconnect.
