Expired contract, still open even after 2months

I have sent form to your cancellations department and still no feedback. Can you please cancel my contracts, my reference number is: ********** 0. Its been two months now. I was thinking of taking a new contract but since getting out its so difficult, i doubt i will renew. Please respond.
