experience no sync or intermittent sync problems

<p>I have had endless problems with my adsl line at my current residence.I have logged about 4 faults now regarding the same problem they send out a technician and he says he has sorted it out only to find a month down the line i get the same fault. What gets me is evert time they are here its a diffrent problem from the last but the fault on my side is exactly the same. The fault is my adsl line keep dropping and when it sync's again its at a lower speed and only stays connected for no more then 5 mins at a time. I told them there is to much noise on my line. My current signal to noise ration(SNR) is 6db and from what i haev seen "6dB or below is bad and will experience no sync or intermittent sync problems".And thats all i am have=ing constant line problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am paying close to R1000 a month for this service and package all i think there is for them to do know is to run a new line to resolve all the issues at once since it seems they have no idea where the fault is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Nathan Gower</p>
