Expensive Internet never on

<p>For the last 7 to 8 months my adsl Internet is on and off. I log complaints, they come to "fix" the problem yet after a week, the same. Due to my busy schedule, I do not always have time to see to this also. I pay plus minus R800/month. Thus to also give me a 4meg line.. It has NEVER been 4 Meg. My telephone also has almost NEVER worked. </p>
