EXORBITANT BILLING (ONCE-OFF) FEES - ANGRY

Has anybody experienced billing problems with Telkom in their Cellphone Contracts???? I've just realised that they charge a whole R202.70 for a rejected payment. Not even my bank charges are that much and its even more than half my actual bill which is R249.00. This is ridiculous. Please advise me how/where i can take this up with. I'm now betwix and between, not sure if i want to pay this account, but will only be doing negative to my name.
