Existing Telkom number contract overide

This has got to be the worst service I've ever encountered..... to believe that I've been a loyal Telkom customer for more or less over 5 years now.

Ok! so in the past years I've been seeing a lot of complaints by existing Telkom contract holders outlining negligence and poor assistance when needed.

Despite the above mentioned,as loyal Telkom prepaid customer I decided to over look this and get my self a handset under Telkom, So i went to Istore and on the documents i specified that im an existing Telkom customer and would like to keep my cellphone number. for some reason i was given a new sim. i then visited Telkom Store at Mall of Africa, let me not even start to talk about the service there... owe well finally a guy assisted who i think is the only person which understands good customer communication however he said they couldn't in the store and the matter has been logged with a technician.

Till today i have not recieved any communication my mobile number has been off for 2days now, like really???
