Exhausted with my divorce from Telkom

I've been trying to move my Telkom landline and ADSL since the end of January. This request was processed three times and everytime (after waiting a week) nothing came of it. For more than a month I've been waiting for someone to end the mind-numbing tune I've been exposed to from the call centre.

Finally, after being stood up three times, a (very friendly) technician pitched and the landline was moved last week. Alas, my internet is not working and I've just not had the time or will to make one more phone call or drive to one more direct store.

I've finally decided to take a break from Telkom for a while and cancel my data package. Naturally, this required me to send a cancellation request (with signed letter and ID) to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] This was sent on 15 March. I guess I was naive in thinking I would be receiving a swift reply.

All the while I have been receiving these monthly emails with numbers which I assume are invoices. Must be for my landline and internet
