Exhausted and Frustrated

I am really now tired of the bad and lack of service for which I have received this far from Telkom ,Cleary shows I am not important but to debit my account is all great . I have a contract with Telkom for 20gig of data and 20gig of night ,for this I pay R374.00 per month,this was advertised and this is what I signed up for ,we did the contract telephonically and there I made it clear that I only want what is on offer nothing more ,nothing less . I have been using the product and then I noticed that suddenly 1month my wifi stopped and my line was cut off ,I then called in and was advised I have reached my limit ,well I agree and left it there ,the data was off for almost a month and I waited till the new month to pay again and will be connected ,ok I was connected ,now everything seemed fine ,suddenly I get a bill from Telkom informing me that I owe them R1473.00 which of data I used .I immidiatly called them and then a consultant told me ,that I must have pressed the yes button to continue ,or someone else also connected me might have pressed continue for data ,such a pathetic answer that was ,that was really lame ,well came end of the month my account was debited with the normal amount of R374.00 and a few days after that ,I was debited with another R1473.00 the claimed amount from Telkom which they say I owe them ,well I have decided to reverse every time they take from my account ,but I am still loosing cause have to pay bank charges ,sometimes I don't even have money in the account and then get debit and I have to pay unpaid bank charges to my bank . till to date no one has even bother to call me and try to see what's the problem , I am fed up now I wont pay that outstanding amount of R1473.00 and want Telkom to rectify their mistake by giving consumers data which they didn't ask for ,there is a reason why I took the R374 contract cause that's what I can afford . Telkom! fix my account and I don't owe you nothing , kindly also provide me with a date as to when the contract between myself and you should expire and what is the cost should I want to buy myself out of the contract .
