Exhausted
I app**** for a MI-FI device on the telkom website, they took forever to get back to me, when they did eventually get back to me, they processed my order and on the 30/03/2016 they deducted money from my account, till today i have been waiting for the device to be delivered, Calling the 10213 number only gets me a consultant that doesn't know their story/ they sound like someone working for Avbob but are in a telkom call centre and to top it all calling that number takes 50 minutes on average to be answered. <br> <br> This is just **** service,i guess i will have to wait 2 months for the Mi-Fi device to be delievered.
