Exercise in Futility!
Is there ANYONE working in the Telkom Chat service? I have been holding on for so long I almost fell asleep!

18 Oct 2017, 08:34I was trying to get hold of someone regarding my line installation. I received an sms that they will send the techs out to install on 18 October (Today) and then another moving it to 20 October. Now, I've struggled so hard just to get any info regarding this (the initial papers I filled in were somehow never submitted or lost or something) that I am wondering if I shouldn't just cancel this? My reference number is ***, you may call me on *** as I am loathe to give my ID on the internet. I need this installed TODAY or I will be cancelling this order and you will have to pay back the R700 deposit that I had to pay.
