Excuses for delivery delays

I am not happy with the company Telkom 8s using for delivery and they can see that every client is complaining about the delayed delivery ,yet they still using the company up to today, since iv ordered sim card from June it was never delivered it is stuck at the courierit company ,yet everyday i get sms saying its on the way for delivery at the end of the day they give excuses about home address or contact unavailable,to my surprise i get no missed calls notification and the address i use it for all my deliveries, please sort out ur delivery company i once had a contract with you and the parcel was delivered within 3 days by the Dsv company,it never game me any excuses,it doesn't help trying to save money while loosing customers .
