Excuses excuses just fix it

Wifi has been out now for 2 weeks phone get different excuses one says its a fault with landline and another says theft of cables. My point is i paid my account without any excuses so why not do your job and just fix the problem. Going on to the 3rd week now ...Bravo well done fantastic service
