Excuses and terrible connection

For the last few month I have had to call telkom about twice a month to fix my line. I never seem to have a working line. My internet is either too slow or non existent. They fast enough to want to switch my line off if no payment is made but my line never gets fixed properly. They always want to sync it on their side and it works for a day then surprise no connection. What the hell am I paying for.
