Exchange of telephone numbers

My house telephone number *** has suddenly been exchanged for a business line ***. I'm getting all that business calls and my telephone number just rings and goes on voice mail. I went to the Telkom office to complain and all they told me is how did it happen. Like I'm suppose to know. Nothing has been done to rectify the problem
